Buriram immigration office?

I got these at Buriram Immigration last week.
I was after a complete pack, but this was all that was available on the day I went.

Does anyone have the current forms for the retirement extension and re-entry permit, yet?  I'm due in a couple weeks.

The TM 7/8 can be completed in word and printed.

I had read in another post that Buriram wasn't accepting the forms used at KCI.  Does that not apply to the TM7 and TM8?

The TM7 and TM8 that buckwhelk posted in Reply #134 (the ones he picked up at Buriram Immi) appear to be identical to a couple of blank TM7s and TM8s that I picked up from KCI about 1 month ago.

Maybe other Immi forms are different, but I think the TM7 + TM8 are same same for Surin and Buriram Immi.

The TM7 and TM8 are often stamped with by the immigration office using an ink pad. The details stamped are that of the immigration office.

My guess would be that is what happened.

The TM 7/8 forms supplied were not from KCI, there were from:  http://www.immigration.go.th/nov2004/en/base.php?page=download

Which appears to be the main Thailand Government site for forms, so they should be accepted.

The TM7 looks the same as the one I was using @ KCI, but the TM8 looks as though the print is larger than the KCI TM8 which could explain why it is now double sided....I'll be using the forms I posted when I apply to extend my permission to stay in mid November

Whatever works.  The BI office is so new they don't have established procedures.  When I get my next extension I should be able to post the initial set of forms that BI requires (subject to change). 

That being said, I provided an individual a set of forms (exactly as posted on the Dummy thread, but filled out), BI accepted them all.

We must have had the same idiot girl.  She refused to understand that the form could be filled out "on-line".  However, when we got past her, the agent readily accepted the Thai Immigration Download form.

Went to BI to do a 90 day report.  There were 5 people ahead of me all doing visas/extensions, after an hour they finally asked for me.  Then they gave me a blank TM 47 to fill out, once completed an official made some marks on the form and then on my passport marked through the old date and wrote in the new 90 day report date of Jan 2017.  He did not use the computer to do the 90 day.

So lesson learned, take a filled out copy of TM 47 with you. 

I further asked for their retirement forms, they gave me a TM 7 and one page instructions that basically said have TM 7, Photo, passport, copy of passport pages, income verification, and 1900 baht.  Of course there is also the catch all of other information as required.

On the 13th I submitted my online 90 day report about 2 hours prior to the news that the King had passed away.
As of 30 mins ago it is still showing as pending.
The good news is that the system ( as far as submitting the report) seemed to be working fine.
I'm thinking it quite likely that very little was done on the day following the government announcement and am guessing the office was probably closed on Friday. Then the weekend.
I remain hopeful that it will be processed this week and if not it's no problem to go and do in person. I'm unclear if on line reports are handled at a central location using a central data base or re- routed to local offices from the main site.
If routed to local offices and as reported the Buriram Office is busy and only has one computer then possibly on line submissions aren't getting much attention.

Well......no luck with the on line 90 day report. Up to 2 days ago it stayed showing as 'Pending' and the last 2 days the site server seems to be down ( at least when I tried).
Will go to the office today and report.

I got my 90 day extension at BI yesterday.  It was fast and painless.  The entire Immigration computer network was down yesterday.  For those who find it difficult to walk, arriving at the front entrance is so simple.  Once you are dropped off at the front entrance you walk a few metres to the lift.  When you get out of the lift on floor 3 it is only a few metres walk to the BI office.  It is not the 150 metre marathon suggested by a contributor,  suggesting going around and entering at the rear entrance is preferable, re parking.  There were plenty of parking spaces in front of the front entrance roadway. There are no disabled ramps for those that move around in wheel chairs.
