Is actually a very nice "Resort".
Relaxing and friendly in a good location.
Well priced.
Food is great and inexpensive....and is the only place in Thailand where they will bring your "Free Breakfast Included" to your room!!!
We took full advantage of this....
But to be honest it is more pleasant to sit and have breakfast in the "dining area", views of "lake" are very nice.
WiFi is great..able to use iPhone4S, MacPro and new iPad....so great stuff.

Rooms are really clean, spacious and modern, in Panorama Rooms.....although tends to get hot due to flat roof, even with aircon.

Cable TV is Good with 42"LCD TV, however would benefit from more Channels and ENGLISH Channels.

Also has a small fitness room.

Laundry is cheap also!!!

Will happily stay there again.

Ploy Resort is also worth a stay...good to see what happens in some places that are aimed primarily for Thais ;)

Looks like an interesting hotel.

And an interesting restriction:   Stinky foods are NOT allowed in the hotel.

Some people cook in Hotel Rooms and the smell lingers....
...it just shows how meticulous the owners of Jintana are. They care!!!
Try it, you wont be disappointed. I'd say it's probably the best value of any place in Thailand I've stayed in.
Why would I want to pay double the price to stay elsewhere?? And at 950baht for a totally DETACHED Apartment...
...please recommend somewhere better.

And the staff are really friendly and go the extra yard....atypical of Thais!!!

Ploy Resort is not easy for Farang to find as the Hotel Name is all in Thai.
There are 3 parts. On the Left is the "Main Hotel" which is separated from the Short Time Rooms the Thais use Directly Opposite this..
...you can actually see the Girls coming and going on their motorbikes. Or some come with the Thai Men with their Tinted windows
who drive their cars discreetly to their allocated rooms......and then the staff scurry to bring drinks etc.

And even Short and longtime activity occurs in more expensive hotel rooms also.

Now Directly behind the reception area is another part of the Hotel with far cheaper rooms....not sure what happens there.
There is also a massage service provided at the front(roadside)part of PS....I believe these girls may oblige in in-room delights also.

But there are so many short-time hotels in Buriram, especially behind Big C.
These are some of the OBVIOUS ones. Thais really have a great time!!! And I'm sure they laugh at stupid 'farangs" who pay so much more
for so much less.

This happens all over Isaan. And the hotels just happen to be very close to Universities.

I need say no more. Except wish I were Thai, and didnt have a fiancee!!!

You have a good understanding of happenings at Ploy resort, Michael, especially for one who resides in Surin!. Wasn't aware there was a massage place there as well. Have to send CoCo to have a look.

With respect, the fiancee is of your own making! Far better a real relationship than short time fun in my opinion.

I know Buriram a 'littn bit'....lol
And yes I am really grateful to have my fiancee she is a gem whom I love dearly.
But it's hard work!!!! We fight all the time!!!
And so many gorgeous women everywhere....
......not easy to stick to the straight and narrow!!

when you list these places it would be good if you put pics of the hotels and perhaps where they are how close to the train station etc as  guide. Not everyone knows Buriram

Bushtersai Resort
« Reply #10 on: December 10, 2012, 07:58:40 AM »
Anyone looking for the best value quality motel type accomm in Buriram should consider Bushtersai Resort.

It is located along the back road linking Big C and I-Mobile Stadium. If you turn up the side road next to Big C carpark, then drive for maybe 1km. You will pass Thararom Village entrance, and Siri Resort entrance, both on the left. Bushtersai is on the right maybe 500m past Siri Resort. (There is a new 2 story 3 shop complex next door to Bushtersai entrance)

It's only 1 year old and run by very friendly Thai couple and smiling staff. Nobody speaks English. There is a WOW factor as you first drive in from the street. The building is 2 storey and very impressive. Gardens and lawns are immaculate.

It is definately aimed at Thai market as the prices are an absolute bargain !!

400 baht per night. Very comfortable motel room. King size bed or 2 singles, free WiFi, good hot water pressure, IPM multi channel big TV, very attractive gardens, very quiet location, night security guy. They are not interested in montly rate.

They do not have their own website, but advertise on Tee-Pak.

Do a Google search Bushtersai then click on tee-pak website. It will bring up all the details including some good photos of the grounds and room interiors.

Highly recommended. I've stayed at Bushtersai, so the above is first hand info.

Passed by this morning. On the back road between Big C and the football stadium

Clearly as you say aimed at the Thai market, since the name is written only in Thai. I would have thought the name written in English also would be beneficial, since clearly some farangs do stay there, and more may go if they knew what the building was!

I have enquired about a room several times last minute for visitors only to find they are fully booked so not sure think they need to change anything. Staff have always been very friendly and the place always looks immaculate.
