Tesco Lotus Lam Plait Mat.

Had a good look around the new Tesco Lotus store in Lam Plait Mat this week. Not a huge range of Farang items however there were a few pleasant surprises.
They are stocking some of the Tescos Finest range exactly the same as can be purchased in the UK :- Mustards, Jams, Marmalades, Horesradish, Cranberry. Price range was 110-150 baht so not cheap but not ridiculous either.
Also they have Tescos brand  English Salad Cream. Not the sweet tasting stuff you get here but the proper tangy salad cream. It's in 520g plastic squeeze  containers at 119 baht so considerably cheaper than the Heinz glass bottles sometimes available in Tops.
hopefully the range they stock will improve/increase. Currently it won't replace the need for trips to Buriram but a decent start.

The large Tesco inKorat seems to be rapidly extending its range of Tesco Uk products
