Thanks for the updates. from the pictures it looks a big house to me. Although you have posted drawings (first post) I could not figure out the total m2. Can you please enlighten me ?

around 165 sqm .
Posting the cost is personal I would need to ask permission to post as they live local .
This house has double cavity walls throughout the whole house as he did not want to see any columns .

Good decision Alan to use the steel shuttering, AAC blocks and SAFE brand septic tanks. Thank you for posting the photos.
