NO MORE ON-LINE REPORTING FOR 90-DAY?????

I am asking if anybody knows differently. Just tried a 90-day report on-line for a friend but kept getting a message to go to KCI. Friend called and was told people in Buriram cannot use on-line reporting anymore. PLEASE SOMEBODY, tell me that he didn't hear correctly!!!

NOOKIEBEAR gave me info. Said guys were having problems last week with on-line reporting but were later able to complete the on-line check-in process. Hope!

I first tried on line 3 days ago and was unable to connect. "No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."
2 days ago was able to complete and did not receive an email but checked on line and it shows approved however I was unable to print the receipt. Each time I try it sends back to the entry point on the site.
Tried again this am with same results, however just now tried and once again get "No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."
Maybe they are working on the site? who knows....

You have to have your pop-up blocker turned off or you're gonna get jumped back to the entry point.. It opens the print function in a new dialoge window.. 
There are two things you can print.. One is a b/s application showing that you reported. The other is the one you want "next appointment"..

That's the one you keep in your passport...

I am getting the same message today as jmcet.  I checked windows and the popup blocker is not on.  I dont find a blocker in the tools in IE.  What am I missing here.

I've received an email saying my report has been approved, but cant print out the slip because the site is unavailable again.

Thank you for checking. That helps a lot. Im on the keep it simple so I can understand end of the spectrum when it comes to computers and Internet stuff.

Just checked the site and its available again.
Printed my next appointment slip. Dont know how long it will be available for.
