I will need a certificate of residence but my residence is in Jomtien it is better that I go to establish my certificate to Jomtien immigration?
To do it in Buriram you will need proof of address. Wife's house book and ID card, or a rent agreement from a landlord. The province in which those documents are registered will need to be the same as where you need to get your certificate of residence. As Nookie pointed out, if you have not submitted a Tm30 or Tm28 you maybe subject to a fine of 800 baht.May I ask, for what purpose do you require a cert of residence?
Question, Do you have a Yellow House Book with a Buriram address ?

If your wife is registered in a house book in Buriram then no problem. No need to say anything about you.
