You can all go and have a look yourself.
My sweet motherinlaw lives there while im in Norway.

Its on road 2074 about 15 min. drive. Name of village is Phra Kru Jai (on google maps)  Just ask for Miss Sawai Daram. She`s home
all day long, and can provide you with contactdetails to the builder. Ps. She dont speak English !

Which is about the price I would expect for a pool that size. A pool can be made to look beautiful but if the structure isn't as it should be then there may well be problems down the line ( especially when it is emptied).
300,000 seems incredibly cheap. I'm not trying to be negative and if it has been built to a high standard then I am extremely envious that zzzozzz managed to get it at that price.
Ovalhome......good luck with your pool. Apart from the cold snap last week I use mine every day and consider it the best single investment I have made here.

Reading between the lines I think that many of us are a bit dubious about all this, I am hoping that you won't be disappointed.
What kind of construction is the pool? Reinforced concrete ?

I am proud to state that I have met and do business with several expats who build swimming pools in Buriram and Surin province. No question which swimming pool builders order proper concrete, steel, tile adhesive, tile grout, 4" by 4" specific swimming pool tiles and name brand water filter systems. I've had the honor to be invited to several swimming pools built by a Surin based expat who builds swimming pools to a top standard. There may be other expats who build swimming pools on a professional level, yet I have not been invited yet to see the pools under construction or completed. I stock and sell sand filters, swimming pool pumps, spa pumps, swimming pool equipment and swimming pool water treatment chemicals. It takes two days maximum to spec out the equipment for a swimming pool. It is a more difficult job, best done by professionals, to spec the steel and concrete necessary in a particular swimming pool in Buriram. Kera Tile with Crocodile or Weber tile grout, tile adhesive is a top selling item at Ruangsangthai. Please enjoy some free coffee served by the Hitachi models while you consider the swimming pool equipment on display at my family owned builders merchants.
