You always seem to get treated differently to everyone else..........several farangs have been taken off the buses in Nong Ki for not carrying their passports.........they have to remain until the said passport turns up!
I travelled to Bangkok in my car in the early hours of Monday morning, I was stopped at a check point in Nong Ki, where the clown in the army uniform ask for my passport,i replied I didn't have my passport with me but presented him my driving licence, a quick glance at the licence and I was on my way. What a complete waste of time.
As I speak there are two Germans sitting in the police lorry awaiting their passports to appear.........It would appear they have been there since 08-00hrs this morning
