New entertainment compound in Prakhon Chai?

I saw a new compound lit with fairy lights just before entering Prakhon chai while travelling from Nang Rong. I asked missus about it, but got sharp looks which tells me something exciting must happen there  party2  spot1  redman.

Any ideas what is this place?

If it's got fairy lights, it has usually got girls for rent - maybe karaoke or bar.

Left or right side as you come in ? There was a pub/bar/karaoke place on the left but it was closed last time I went past.

It was onto right while coming into Prakhon Chai. Funny CoCo's surrounding got mentioned. We were at CoCo last night (great food BTW. Hats off to the chef). I might pop by for another feed. Oh!!! It's 3 doors down. Right CoCo? What is the MO - rate/availability? Any info? Come on CoCo thinking about it will make you warm in chilly Blighty.

"Thinking about it" is all I am bloody well doing - and it doesn't help !  :(

I have no personal knowledge of Relax Bar but am 100% certain that the girls in there are available. This bar is not like Pattaya, it is Thai style frequented almost exclusively by Thais. On the few occasions I have been there it has been with the missus so questions have been met with a scowl !  :)

Nookie will interested/excited to know that there is at least one khatoey in there.
