COFFEE CORNER FOR SALE in 2012

Just a bit of advance notice to forum members that Coffee Corner will be advertised for sale in 2012.

We are having a house built someway out of town and we have decided that we do not wish to operate the business once the house is completed.

This early advice is simply to alert forum members as I know some guys are looking for businesses for their girlfriends/wives and family to operate.

Price is not important at this stage. I am simply advising my intention so that any genuinely interested members can get in touch before next year.

If no one shows interest I will probably put it with Baht & Sold (or similar). The price will reflect the trading levels at that time and will have the benefit of two and half year's books. Totally fabricated, of course, but some people like to see them ...
