When i try to contact you for an estimate, i means about build with a plan, not standard.

Ok this is how we work, once we have a plan we then put together a price with a full list of materials and spec and a payment schedule . Once the client is happy with all of these things we start the build, however most of our clients add things to the house  like fitted kitchens \garden walls\even extra rooms \air-cons \garage \ and so on so the price may change as the job progresses. So normally I don’t put the price on forums until the end ,that’s if the clients gives me the ok after all this is their house .

Thanks that was the clients idea ,I think he had the same back home years ago .Also I put expansion joints on the sand wash footpath to hopefully reduce cracking !
