I have been telephoning the kindergarden school in Lahansai for a few days now without any success.  They are either deaf or on holiday.

I suggest you advice with your Thai girlfriend/wife to get answers for this question. sawadi

Yes, good idea, but she gets the same result.  We live about 400K from Lahansai so we can't pop round.  Perhaps someone on the blog has children at the school !

Gringo, my kid goes there along with a few other farang/thai kids. She will be 4 this december. The school is a private one and reasonably good.
It is called San Sook. I'm in Europe for the moment but I shall be back the 1rst of oktober late in the evening.

Hi dundeemk6.   I've been trying to get in touch with San Sook school but without success.  Perhaps they are already on holiday.  I live a few hundred k's away and want to come and take a look at the school.  Can you tell me when the long holiday starts.  All I've managed to find is that the Thai school end of term is around October but a date would be helpful.

Gringo
Our daughter came home last Thursday with the news that her school in Prasat would be closed the next day until the 19th. Not unusual for schools to do this without much notice to parents.

In the past, schools close for about a month starting in October, but very difficult to get any exact dates from anyone. Just be patient, you're probably not going to change anything.

Thanks mario.  I'm trying to avoid the brick walls, but it's difficult.

Hi dundeemk6.  Still haven't been able to make contact.  The next time you speak to your wife could you do me a favour and see if she has the telephone number for Sansook school.  I'm sure I'm ringing the right one, but you never know.  Cheers.
