Sourcing silk from local Artisans---HELP

I have been traveling in SE Asia and mostly Thailand for last two months while considering living in Thailand part time. I have fallen in love with the quality level of Thai silk and would like to find someone to help me contact local artisans to purchase and export to South American and some to US.
