That looks great. I wish you were around when we had our house built. Would you also do repairs and alterations to an existing house?

There's a crack in one wall that has been stable for a long time, the roof needs a few leaks fixed (only under the car parking area) and the plumbing needs a serious upgrade. These are all things that I've been putting off but sooner or later it will need doing. Also, the house needs a good repaint.

Hi Cris
If you have no luck locally, I know the Thai guy who built our house, is looking for work.
He is a trustworthy, hardworking guy who (I believe) did a very good job on my house a few years ago.
He also STUCK to agreed costs without suprises. He works all around Issan so Buriram would be no problem.
PM me if you would like contact details(His Engrish is limited BTW)

Dave

Thanks Dave. I'll be in contact as soon as I'm back in Buriram. But it never pains to plan ahead...

Hi Allan,

What does a house like the one you are building in Barn Saray cost?  How many Baht?

I had a house built brick and tile about 180 sqm comprising 4 bedrooms two bathrooms for 750,000 baht about 3 to 4 years ago.   However the extended family has moved in and when we settle we may have to build another one!!!
