Land

Hi everybody,

Does anyone have an idea about the average range cost of 10, or 50 to 100+ rai, close to Buriram town, with electric, water, and easily accessible by gov road.
Sometimes real estate agents, and owners come up with unrealistics prices, waiting only for a candid and his big bucks.
I'm looking for an average market price: mean a price where there is a seller and also a BUYER who agree to pay for this price.
That's call a "market price" or "transaction price"
And not a buyer alone waiting in the desert for years with his overpriced land.

Any ideas appreciated.
Regards
Ti

what an open question.

Can vary from around 30K to many millions depending on location and required use.

You need to provide much more info

Some times it may be wiser (and cheaper) to let some people you have a relationship with in Buriram put the word out about needing some land (with the number of rai mentioned and little more). Then wait as information starts to circulate. Eventually an opportunity will present itself that is close enough to your needs. If you are looking for a perfect situation, then expect to pay much more for it.

It is true the seller gets to set the price, but it is also the buyer that chooses when and if to buy. I say "no" fifty-times when choosing to buy something for every one-time I say "yes". Forty of those times I was speaking to myself.
