Most people live in Buriram on Buriram Expats (except maybe us two Lazerlab). I would assume people would find the photo's interesting for building methods, whereever the house is and as he sponsors this site, I suppose he can post what e likes withing the site rules.

See you tomorrow

Dave

HI Alan
I think you should consider yourself lucky that you are not building in Surin at the moment.
Other than small projects, I believe this is a very bad time to invest money or effort in large housing estate projects. I know one of the biggest names in Surin Building circles and even he has only sold 10 homes in 18 months, out of a projected estate of 200 houses in a very good location.

I think you are wise to work on one/two houses at a time in locations wherever the customers specify.

Yes very true Dave .

2 houses to build in Khon Kean .
1 house near Sisiket.
1 houses in Surin.
1 house in Ta Tum.
1 mores house in Lanansai.
1 Big garden wall and renovation in Surin.
1 house in Bangkok .
-------------------------------------------------------------
WE WILL HAVE 3 GANGS AS FROM NEW YEAR ..
So this will keep the three gangs busy for the next year or so , and as we only build houses to order we cant go wrong .
I wouldn’t like to be in a situation were I had built houses and was waiting , and hoping for someone to buy !  There are tons of these developments in Surin and they just cant sell mate and these places have got restaurants, gymnasiums, shops the lot ,but still cant sell! I use to do this in the U-K and that was good back then but things have changed now its gone very back back there. But things are nice and Sunny hear mate ,   crazydance crazydance

No, I don't think so 34*****.
Its just too many houses being built at a time when money is tight outside LOS.
IF I had money, it would not be going into that type of project, but that's just my personal opinion.

Run out of pictures 34*****?

Cheers Alan.

Cannot imagine wanting a house like that myself, even if money was no object. I mean, I can only sleep in one room and only crap on one bog at a time  :)
