I tried posting some pics but I keep getting the message Upload folder is Full. Am I doing something wrong? The file sizes are well below 150kb.

The default we set the forum is to max 150 kb/picture/file and max 300 kb/post !
(yet,you can post as many pictures/files as you wish but not over then 300kb/post messege).

Please resize pictures to match ,before posting.
