Just saw this brochure today.

Seems like a very cheap houses for those whom searching after low cost houses in Prakhon Chai area it might be worth checking. (If you do,pleaser update us here about your findings).

Basiclly they promote houses cost start from 490,000 Baht.
Monthly Installment start from 3000 Baht/month.

500K baht for a house. thats cheap man. interesting how they came up with this low price......  confused2

saved some money that for sure. but would you want to live in a house like this??  jumping3

I sent someone to inspect the house and was advised that the house actually start from 950,00 baht. The quality was questionable too.

Ideal if you want to buy a house for a Thai/Thai family, but I would assume bringing one of these up to 'western' standards would be expensive(but not impossible).
Also its Location,Location,Location that could be a main concern.

Yes. However, my concern is the incorrect price shown on the brochure.

If you go down that road you soon realise that you are trying to shovel snow up hill. You cannot bring them up to spec without a virtual rebuild and the cost of doing so plus the cost of buying it as it is, would be more than just starting from scratch by yourself. You would then get what you want. Four walls and a tin roof is what the Thais need and sure as hell, that is all they get.
