24 volt charger

Does anyone know of a store in Buriram that sells battery chargers for things other than cell phones. I need a 24 volt charger for a grass cutter.

How about getting 2 x 12 volt solar panels and wiring them in series? 12volt panels usually put out about 18volts so you will have a 36volt charging system. You need the voltage input higher than the battery rating otherwise it will not charge.
