What is the fastest growing thick hedge available here.

Down near the Chang monument there isgroup of  plant shops. As you enter (on left hand side) the first plant shop is owned by a lady called Pen. Take the Thai wife and speak to her. I Googled Marraya and this came up ( Pic below ) No hedge but maybe she has a bush   

I think the Plant you are after is Murraya ( murraya paniculata ) or commonly know as Orange Jessamine
