I am heading off to Australia shortly and need to get a trustworthy person to stay in my house on a long term basis.  Rent is fully negotiable and no more than 6,000 baht per month.  I just need someone to live there and basically act as caretaker.  The house is ready to live in as we are leaving almost everything inside - crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, etc.   It is very liveable with first class appliances.  If interested, please send me a personal message and come for a visit.  The house is the first house on the left in the small street that runs down the side of the Western University (on 288 Ring Road) - a white house facing onto the street.
