RetroFitting Android Touch Screen
« on: February 13, 2020, 08:45:26 AM »
Hi Guys,

We're staying in Buriram for first 2 weeks in March and need to find a good/competent In Car Entertainment shop.
I looked on Google maps and can only find the Sound Factory outlet who may have what I need. They are north of the Ekachon Hospital.
Plenty of YouTube videos showing this work being done on old cars and my truck certainly is old. Buy your own to fit on Lazada from 2,000 thb to 40,000, but fitting is well beyond my capabilities.
Can anybody tell me a competent shop in Buriram where i can have this work carried out.

Thanks a lot for any info.

195 people read my question, but none replied.
However, not important now as I went to my original choice I found using Google and had the job done there.

I would totally recommend using the Sound Factory on the 2074 opposite the Esso Station. I showed them one picture I had downloaded and the owner said he would order the unit. I went back 3 days later and he did a great job fitting it in less than 2 hours.
I now have a fantastic Android system fitted which does everything that a modern car has. Connected by Hot Spot to my spare Smart phone in the glove box where the guy also fitted 2 charging cables as part of the package.

Good that you found it and thx for letting people here know.

But that 195 people read your question doesn't mean a lot, I think most of them were guest and NOT members have a look at this (Site stats from just now)

I think on an average day approx 5-10 members (and they are usually the same ones ;) ) are active here so most visits to any topic come from the guests and they can't reply / post topics or read the chat and what they are doing here, I have NO idea.
