Looking for a decent bike shop for servicing mountain bike
« on: April 17, 2019, 10:43:22 AM »
I am looking for a bicycle shop in the Ban Kruat or surrounding areas that specialise in mountain bikes and hopefully able to service a tubeless tyre. Tyres do not have inner-tubes but sealant. Also looking for inner-tubes to fit a 26" tyre but 2.3 wide. All the ones I have found are too narrow, only 1.95.

Any ideas would be great, thanks

Lazada has a selection. I?m running the 2.3 tire with 2.125 tubes and have had no problems.

I used to do trails in the hills in Los Angeles but now I use it for running around in the village.  I just can?t see taking the motorcycle for really short trips. I sometimes just follow the path next to the river that is near us but that?s been dry since last year so haven?t been in a while.

I found that most waterways have trails usually on both sides.  Go to google maps and zoom to look around your area.  Did a lot of exploring around my village and learned all the back roads.  And if you have google maps on a smart phone you won't get too lost.

I live in Ban Kruat, not far from the Cambodian border, so have explored all the trails up there. Can only go do far until a checkpoint sends you back. A lot of the trails on google maps are no longer there. The jungle has taken them back
