18 Volt & 36 Volt nearly New Makita Lawn Mower | Makita Cordless Stinger cutter for sale
A German expat who lives in Buriram, bought a 36 volt Makita Lawn Mower at Ruangsangthai. He also bought 5 batteries, some other Makita tools including a Makita 18 volt stringer cutter. These are still under the Makita warranty. He has placed for sale on consignment with firm prices at steep discounts. I am happy to place name brand items inside Ruangsangthai to sell on a 80/20 split for our good customers. If you are in the market for a practically new 18 volt Makita DUR181 trimmer of the 36 volt Makita DLM460 lawn mower please visit Ruangsangthai. Today the customer bought the larger more powerful Honda HRJ216K3 petrol lawn mower for his large lawn. I am very happy to consider consignment sales of name brand Concrete Mixers, lawn mowers and name brand garden tools. Today there is a also a very nice Makita tool box for sale on consignment. Thank You.  Mr. Bob

Excuse me for my ignorance, but what is a stringer cutter and where can it be used for. I used google, but it did not come up with a clear answer.

The Cordless Li-ion Line Trimmer is used near trees or walls to cut grass. Often folks use a Honda brush cutter for larger areas or a lawn mower, but near trees or walls the Cordless Li-ion Line Trimmer is very useful. The string does not damage trees or scratch walls. Thanks for asking.

It?s a brush cutting machine that has a plastic ?string?  for trimming light stuff around things you wouldn?t want to hit (like I?ve done) with a metal blade, such as around trees, pvc pipe, chain link etc. I got one from Ruangsangthai and it works great. I actually bought a Champion brand trimmer for 1900 and noticed Bosch is now marketing one that looks identical!  Don?t know if Bosch bought them out or not. But that little cheap cutter starts first or second pull every time and has fantastic power. I?ll tru to upload a pic of the string trimmer attachment but maybe bob can help out with that.

@DD

Do you use the "standard"plastic string?

We recently bought new string, and when we got home we found it it has a steel wire (covered with PVC) and we noticed this is way more sturdy and you use less then the "standard" plastic " string.

Will try to upload a picture because we still don't have good internet here :(

Edit:  Picture of the case and a closeup where you can see the steel wire

Had no idea there was such a thing. Thanks for sharing that, I?ll look into it. The ones I have are just plastic (?).

55555 I didn't know either. I was just looking for new string and came across these and when we came home they were impossible to cut with scissors so that's how we found out they had steel wire inside. 5555555555555

We use a lot of the stuff (during the rainy season) as our total fence is approx 1km so the one with the steel inside helps :biggrin:
