Hi all, I'm selling a pool table.

It's obviously a basic model, picked up from Lazada last year, but I've only used it maybe a dozen times and would prefer to have the space.

It's as new condition, 2 adult cues, 2 child's cues, rest, balls, chalk  etc.

Price was about 23,000 + delivery - I'd like to get 18,000 for it. If you're thinking about getting one you can save 5k.

Nice when you have mates round for a few beers.

I would definitely take a copy of the data page of your passport and the page showing your entry stamp.

ok well managed to get the lake dug soil moved and beveled for 170 baht a truck load so ok with that at the moment 600 loads moved about another 400 to go

It Depends.  However, several years ago we got a super deal @170 baht a load as the dirt was coming from a rice field almost next to us, took 700 loads.  But otherwise it was around 250 a load, but again that was several years ago. 

So if there are rice fields near, you might be able to work a win win where the rice field is deepened and you get cheap dirt.  Also we had done a lot of business with the trucks owner so he cut us a deal.

What is the approximate daily rate for digging a lake will be a 1 rai lake and to use soil to build up land?

There are too many variables to be able to give you an accurate figure.

A local guy did a dig for us. 500b an hour.

However, you must consider; how dar the digger needs to travel to get to your place? How far do you want the dirt moved? How deep do you want the lake? Access?
