Yes I know what you mean Nick. When I met Nok she was working in a small shop and they had 5 staff.When I asked her why they need so many staff in such a small shop she replied " Well....... you need one lady to go and get the food,one in case the other 4 are in the toilet,one because 4 are always talking on the phone,one as the other 4 are always eating and one to server the customers"
Our Local Tesco Express is far more efficient as you say Nick,there they have 8 members of  Staff,but they are all willing to help you

The location is next to 7/11 close to the central bus station.
The opening will be very soon...
