Welsh, Wales, or Scottish they all have a similar strange accent to a yank. The big difference is that I like many of the Scots that I have met.

It was intentional and in jest, but in reality I probably could not tell the difference between a welsh or wales accent. However, I do know what a Scottish accent sounds like and I do really like Scotland.
