10 million baht to develop Khao Kradong Buriram

Khao Kradong is the mountain which near to Buriram city.
There is about 15000 visitor/month. (from what the officer says)
Now the city officer they start to develop this place to be more nice and get more traveler.
They are making new entrance, parking place and arrange around the temple.
Now there is 16 learning points about botany and nature for students.

The development will be step by step and of course will be better.

I know Thai like to round up figures.... But 15000 a month is ridiculous 

Unless He is counting all the food sellers / monks / bike riders / dogs / "short time" interlude's / ice cream vendors / etc etc etc that pass through the main entrance each day.

Even then you would be pushing it

That's less than 500 a day on average
Remember you get coach loads making the the pilgrimage up the steps to the Buddha
So 15000 a month not so far fetched maybe

As for the charging that's another subject that really pisses me off
 
I always ask how the Thais how they would feel if we charged 10x as much to enter our tourist attractions
In fact maybe that's what the rest of the world should do?

Even got my driving licensce so I could get into places for Thai prices, but they don't accept that know
So when I take my 4 kids out on a trek it's costing me 1000bt plus and that is taking the piss!
