and the traffic in and out of the store was bumper to bumper.  Makes that turnaround just south to get to Big C even worse.

That being said, I am glad Buriram got a Home Pro, I have many of their items in my home.

Don't park in row A1 when it has been raining.  Ankle deep last Sunday.

Much quieter today.

Thai Watsadu cheaper on several lines.

I am spending a fair amount of time visiting HomePro and Thai Watsadu.

Somebody made the comment that HomePro was too good for Buriram and Buriram could not support both stores, plus IQ, plus the plethora of DIY shops.

That may be true but yesterday HomePro enjoyed a good turnout of customers (not as manic as last Sunday). The missus also said that she could 'smell' the money on some of the people in there - people that she would not have seen in Big C etc.

I have to say that whilst the staff are little better than most other stores, they do seem better trained and are systematic. Some of the systems are questionable, mind. Also, someone managed to design the gap between the tills to be JUST too narrow to get a big trolley through.

I was very impressed with Kitchen Plus (?) cafe/restaurant in HomePro. Good quality food and coffee at fair prices.
