Cable TV in Buriram City

What is the cable TV situation like in Buriram City?  I am looking for BBC and at least one movie channel.  Sopme hotels have 'em so I know it's possible.  How much would such a set up cost?  Woulc I be able to get this through a regular cable line to my TV?
