Install Mozilla Firefox, makes it a lot less slow

I find Google Chrome performs better for me than Firefox

I find Sung performs better than her sister Lung!!

Admin have your thought about changing over to RackSpace ,all your images and other content are hosted by Akamai on 72,000 servers in 70 countries, this is known as a CDN (content delivery network).
It basically means  your forum post's go to Buriram Expats.con in Thailand, it will load from the Akamai servers in Bangkok, if you go to it from the UK, it will load from servers in London ,US in New York, Australia in Sydney, Russia in Moscow and so on.
In simple terms, the web site should be super fast wherever you are

More than likely your service provide and not the forum mechanics.Check the IP that is show on the page under a post you've made,Us AIS users ( 12call ) do have a slow network but sometimes AIS change from a Bangkok sever to a another sever in Thailand  which can slow up your connection speed.I'm running slow today,instead of my IP starting with 119 or 110 ( BKK )it starts with 49 ....a Chai-Nat  my server which seems to run slower for some reason

I might question your suggestion that it's a particular server, Alan. I don't have any sorta problems browsing anywhere - forums, blogs, sites, etc - except when I'm here. I'm of the opinion that this place is overloaded with graphics and ads that muck up the works....

Maybe you have an Internet speed connection problem there...

I agree,some days fine ,some days slow,an Internet speed connection will be the problem for most

I might question your suggestion that it's a particular server, Alan. I don't have any sorta problems browsing anywhere - forums, blogs, sites, etc - except when I'm here. I'm of the opinion that this place is overloaded with graphics and ads that muck up the works....

Some day are slower than others, maybe not a particular sever but when my IP address changes so does my speed
BTW...you could always take mxyzptlk advice and try an addblock software  to speed things up

Also true.....

I'm not talking about IP changing softwear that does slow up your speeds( so I've been told  ) but AIS 12call does change severs and IP's on some connection ,again ...some days good .others not so,all depends how many people are using the service at any given time
