I've been to the Thai consulate last week to apply for a Visa a/o, but I'm too young, 38, and not retired, can anyone advice me what kind of visa I should apply for, long stay please.
I am married in the Netherlands, to my Thai wife of course, but is this enough for Thai law ?We live outside Thailand now, and to put money in a Thai bank should not be a problem, but we(my wife) owns some pieces of land in and around Buriram, could this be used as a deposit for financial guarantee (fund)?I don't want no working permit, this will be held against me by my wife. We planned to start a business in Thailand so a B visa is not possible right now.
Hi! I have some guestions too about non imgr.O visa. In the website of Thaiembassy in my country, they speak about non immigrant O visa 90 days with multiple entry, valid for one year. I have Thai wife and im 31. Also they don't speak anything about money(400000) when i apply thisvisa from my country, only if i want to extend it for a year in Thailand the money would be needed. So the question is can i stay in Buriram for one year whit this 90days multiple entry visa by visiting Cambodia border every 90 days (out of the country) or is it enough to report somewhere in 90 days. sou confused...
