Just booked a flight using 7-11 counter, really straight forward process.
*Can pay directly on the internet via credit card also.
Booking.
Choose 7-11 counter service.
Get SMS confirm booking to get code.
Show SMS code in 7-11 and pay for the ticket.
Go to Buriram airport with the receipt.

Thanks for the report, I always book my ticket with nokair and never had a problem with it.
the only thing is timing of the flights only twice a week, but thats fine if you make your plans to match their flight.
not that it always match so sometimes I just take the bus.

Nokair has canceled the flights of yesterday (Sunday) for some unknown reason.
Flights buriram-bangkok-buriram will be back operate as usual on this Friday.

Flights buriram-bangkok-buriram will be back operate as usual on this Friday.

Nok Air canceled the flight today AGAIN!! 
Reason: "Airplane have mechanical problems"

The Nok Air agent there said flights on Sunday as usual.....

I hope they staying. can't really understand why its hard for a company to operate flights in this area, after all, it serves Buriram and Surin area, maybe they should go for smaller airplanes to operate on profits, maybe the current airplanes are too big and they mostly left half empty which cause them to lose money every time?
