Well a silver for Buttree Puedpong  party3 (what a great name) in the womens 48kg Taekwondo.

I reckon if there was a medal for the best name she would get a Gold!! party10

'Bolt's 100 win the best ever'

Beijing - Usain Bolt's 100-meter world record triumph was the greatest race Michael Johnson has ever seen, the US legend said on Wednesday, and the 200m and 400m world record-holder has watched quite a few.

Oh no! helpsos

Our esteemed leader has arrived in Beijing :'(

Gorgeous Gordan arrives and the wheels fall off Team GB's wagon.   The relay team drop the baton, a certain gold in triple jump turns into a silver and a BMX gold is a did not finish.

Not satisfied with bu****ing the UK economy he is set on jinxing the rest of our medals at the games.

WE ARE DOOMED!!  surrender1

Well Gorgeous Gordon certainly did his stuff ...GB rapidly demoted from 3rd to 4th following his arrival, never fails:(

The mans a jinx, still despite his best efforts we finished up with double the amount of medals happy2 I thought we would get. confused4

Anyhow, following such a stupendous show put on by the hosts China, I have been told in confidence by my mole in the Ministry of mediocrity that the budget for the opening ceremony has been doubled to £15. Consequently they are now going to wheel out the "Big Guns".

They intend to dust down "Brucie" Forsyth ..good game .. good game! buy him a new rug O0 and double the order for sparklers to 12 packets.  2012 can't come soon enough party3

First time I really watch the olympic games and it was very interesting to see the success, fails,
I kind of liked it to see people working for years for 1 single moment and its the olympic games.
To see the expression on their faces when they win its really something.. from the opposite side the moments they fail some of them really took it the hard way (some cried the moment they finished the "set"/game.

Next time will be in England-London, let's see what the English will prepare for us.  £ character4

Hi sports fans ::)

Well Thailand did not do to badly 2 golds and 2 silvers ..see list

Boxing           Men's Light Welter (64kg)            BOONJUMNONG Manus
                   Men's Fly (51kg)                      JONGJOHOR Somjit
Weightlifting    Women's 53kg                       JAROENRATTANATARAKOON P.
Taekwondo    Women -49kg                      PUEDPONG Buttree

Think would be considerably more if Muay Thai was included, don't see why it should not be when you see some of the obscure events that are included. I mean what the hell use is Hop Skip & Jump good for! At least Thai boxing could get you out of a tight spot in a bar brawl if necessary.

Well on to the austerity games in London 2012 ... Good to see all the big wigs traveling home economy class to bring the games in under budget!

Yes, I know the Olympics are long gone but I wasn't sure where to post this information. South Africa got four gold medals but police got them back after a search at customs.
