I went to the doctor complaining that I couldn't stop singing Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and Perry Como songs.

The doc said I had "crooner virus".

I think all Australians know that no one is presently allowed out of Australia due to the government imposing strict Covid-19 travel bans.
However if you are a cow then the travel ban is not in force
At around 10 am tomorrow morning (13th October) I will have delivered to my Brahman Stud, after flying on Qantas freight, QF 7581 arriving at 0245 am on the 13th October, will be 10 Brahman Stud Heifers from NSW.
Anyone interested in cattle is cordially invited to see them. Send me a PM, if interested.

Returning to Land of Smiles from Norway tomorrow.
Covid test taken proved negative and my doctor has issued fit to fly certificate.
Tomorrow morning have to visit thai embassy in oslo to get a "certificate of entry" and then hopefully can board the plane via Quatar.
Then waiting for us is 15 days "jail" in Bangkok with 2 more covid tests.
BUT --THE BEST IS YET TO COME :-)
My mother in law told my wife thoday that the local village boss had called for a town meeting.
He had been told by "government" that tourist coming to Tungwang/Satuek had to undergo an extra 1 or 2 weeks local quarantine....
They voted over it and luckily desided that 1 week was enough...
Actually-----is it possible

I'm not a Doctor but from what I've read the Covid Vaccine doesn't stop you getting Covid 19 or even stops you from becoming asymptomatic and passing it on to others . It just reduces the chances of getting seriously ill and reduces your chance of dying if you are in the vulnerable groups. As for younger people ( school children ) ,the chances of 'Dying' from the vaccine is greater than that of Covid 19 itself .
Again it's been reported that these cloth and paper masks do sweet FA to protect you unless its FFP3 rated .Weeks ago I doubted the use of a 5 baht masks being any good but still wear one when I'm out and about as its law.
As for the Delta Variant it seems far more infectious ( Why No One Is Sure If Delta Is Deadlier ) .Just like Flu , Coronaviruses are constantly mutating .
The old and sick will always be at risk from one illness or another, and it becomes at what point do you let the majority and economy suffer in order to save this group ??. So far it seems most Governments are perpared to go all the way !!
