looking for long term house rental two or three bedroom must have a garden and accept pets ,either fully or partly furnished will be fine ,please post pictures or links .

Tararom Estate immediately behind BigC in Mueang Buriram. Today I saw at least one home with FOR RENT sign on fence. There are likely others that I've not seen in Tararom.

Also, a few vacant homes in Tararom with long time FOR SALE signs. Owners may consider long term rent if you enquire.

Certainly worth a drive around. Take your partner and get her to call the number whilst parked outside the home.

any idea of rental rates roughly per month on a six month or 1 year contract?

 If it's a farang house they will want more than a Thai house... They think they are still living in pattaya haha... Have a drive around some of the housing complexes if you can... Some have rental signs outside..

I was paying 6000 baht per month for a 3 bed Bungalow Thai owned in chumhed
