Guys, bit of advice please. I did my last 90 day report on line with the next die late October. However, I have just been to the UK and returned yesterday. My understanding was that a new 90 day report would be scheduled from the date I re- entered the country. The immigration official at the airport yesterday didn't remove the October report paper from my passport and hasn't replaced it with a new date. I questioned this asking if my next 90 day report was now December but he insisted that the October date is still valid for my next report ??

Three previous times I have returned from the states and used that as my pseudo 90 day, worked every time. When I returned last month they didn't removed the old paperwork either and I didn't bother to ask as I am assuming a reset 90 day.

Thanks Keith, fair enough. Now things are on line I guess I will see if I can report in October with the expectation that I won't be able to and assume that my next 90 day is now in December. I've been lucky with my dates as my next date for retirement extension falls 2 days prior to the 90 day ( Dec) so when I apply for that I can do the 90 day report in person and hopefully smooth out any confusion that might exist.
Good to be back in the sun. I was cold for 2 weeks.

Here's better piece of mind for you:
If you are a foreigner staying in Thailand for a period longer than 90 days holding a Non-Immigrant Visa, you are required by Thai Immigration to report your current address every 90 days.
You must file this report within 7 days before, or 7 days after, your 90-day period expires. However, if you leave Thailand anytime during the 90-day period, then the day count will restart from 1 upon your re-entry into Thailand.

Thats an advert for a Thai Co. and their info is incorrect. It's 15 days before not 7. The info on that site dated back to 2006. jumping8

Freddy your next 90 day report is due Friday 18th December. Or, as Got Lost said, 15 days before or 7 after.
