Just had our end of the year drawing where we give baht back to the customers.  Fun to see a 10 year old boy win 1000 baht, and a 5 year old get 20 baht.  That is a very fun job for me, drawing their names and giving them the money. 


Hope they have they picture where I gave the boy 1000 baht, then as he started to leave I grabbed it back, the shocked looked was funny.  But he had the 1000 baht back in less than 5 seconds.   

Employees were very happy also with their end of the year bonus, my TW still objects to my American way of doing things.  TFB, because if we have a good year, the employees had a lot to do with that, so I share.  I say to them "We make money, you make money".
