Title: GBP above 54 baht..............

I'm having a week down in Pattaya,,,,,,,,,,yesterday afternoon I saw the pound at 54.10 baht.........The highest level for many months...........

Just checked on interweb currently baht 56.5 to the £ ~~~ good news but a long way still to go! See attached.............

You are quoting the direct exchange rate....which you do not get over here............The best rate at the moment is UOB which is 55.46 for cash.

The GB£ is heading towards the 57 baht level for cash.........It rose above 1.70 to the US$ briefly yesterday but still sits above 1.69.

The best offering this morning is 56.48 to the GBP,thats getting better!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems to be holding around the 56.5 mark in the banks here............IT'll be a slow climb back to 58 & even the heady heights of 60
