A 24-year-old British woman died at a beauty treatment clinic on Soi Lardprao 41/1 at 11 pm Thursday after she received anaesthetic.
Clinic officials said it was her second treatment there. The clinic has been operating for over ten years and it is owned by Doctor Somphop Saensiri.
The British Embassy has been informed of the death.

My Thai wife goes on about the local beauty clinics and how unprofessional they seem to be and having any sort of anaesthetic has to be thought about very carefully - any where .
