Now we sell one of our plots in Musong. I put house in brackets, is that it needs a complete renovation.
So it's not the house that is interesting, but the plot is that we sell the house into the bargain.
The land is 1 Rai (we have paper on the whole, see picture). We bought the entire 6 years ago and was going to build now
when I retired myself. But my Thai wife has been seriously sick, so we have decided to stay with the family.
Sales are through bidding, we started in August and currently has four bidders. The last bid of 850 000 bath.
If you want to place a bid, you raise by 10 000 bath or more. We will keep on bidding until
mid-November. One can certainly write a lot more but if you have any questions please let me know. Send

Musong is about 15 min, with motorbike from Prakhonchai (buss station).
What services are available, as in power / water etc.
There are water but no Power. The plot is beside the road.
I'm standing on the road when i took Picture M2 the front of the house.

In my humble opinion, its not the way to make a real BID, A bid is when all bidders are submitting the price offer in public and other bidders choose if to raise the price offer or not.
The seller is not the one who raise the price offer and call it a bid.
That makes it not a bid but increase the price offer by owner.
All said above is just to explain you how I see the definition of BID,

We have not placed the bid. The bid are from a person in Sweden who is not a forum member.
He is one of the first person that gave us a bid for the land.

Here is a novel idea for selling your house / land .....
Unless you are happy to sell for 860,000 Baht ......
Why not put a price on it that you think it will sell at / what you think it is worth?

About 150 meter from us one realativ sold 1 rai (no house, no power, no water) just the land for 1 million bath.
And belive it not, no papper on that land mhihi
So let say 1 million bath and we will sell it here and now.

No the price havr not gone up with 140 000 bath. It was Somnat that asked for a fix price that we was happy with.
The highest bid is still 860 000 bath, nothing else -okay.
