BATTAMBANG & SIEM REAP 26th – 30th AUGUST 2014
I am not familiar with Battambang, what can you do there?

Went last year, and rode the Bamboo train "The Norry" good fun , but played hell with my back as the the track
is in a shocking state. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZdJyTQNGRA
Also visited the Bat cave. every night at dusk around 5 Million bats leave the cave to feed, quite a sight.

Both places easily done in a day with local Tuk Tuk.

We are including Battambang for the first time in our tours (one full day) promarily to see what in fact there is to do/see there. We were aware of the bamboo train and the bats, and that is included in our day tour together with some other hopefully interesting places.
After Battambang we will go to Siem Reap as usual where those that want can visit Angkor.
Many thanks to Mahdam for the videos on the train and the caves. I for one am looking forward to these 2 new experiences.
