Title: kap choeng immigration in fits of laughter today

Some guy told the policeman that he wanted to pay Tax in Thailand and he needed confirmation from them that he lived at his current address...  They all started laughing at him and saying ohhh your a good boy then.. Never saw so many of them smiling before..

Seems like it's silly season at Kap Choeng. Sat there yesterday waiting while a new gadger was going through my annual extension renewal. A German guy came in and did his 90 day report. On receiving his passport back he broke into a torrent of abuse at ' how bad Thais were because the driver of a Bangkok vehicle had knocked him off his bike ' and proceeded to show everyone his abrasions. The immigration officer to whom the torrent seemed to be aimed at replied ( in Thai ) ' shame you didn't say all that before you gave me your paperwork '. They all had a good laugh as the German stormed out. I bet they remember him by his attire when he goes back in next time.....
