looks like a nice design.  Can you share information such as total living space and cost not including land?  I cant zoom in on the plans to get the size of the house.

Busy time for you.. please keep us updated..What is budget?...Family builders or contractors?...Missus the boss over construction workers??...Any tips!!..Userfruct agreement (cost/hassels/time/effort to get)...What sort of Baht builders getting per day...Are you paying on completion of stages of building..Sheet so many questions...........Good luck..Chook dee na..

Double cavity external wall,s bay windows .
All widows will have hard wood window sills .
Jumbo Red bricks .
It will have a built in fitted kitchen also .

Alan, it would be most helpful if you can post some specifics regarding size and price to build on own land especially for those of us coming to retire that way and need to know these things.  I appreciate any info you can share. love5

Price 4.6 mill land I'd there own .
Sizes are on the plan .

The land is there own should I say , we don't build to sell
We just build for the client on there land .
