ok stupid question time again
The form asks me the date i entered thailand is this the last stamp i recieved from immigration or the first stamp in my passport when i actually flew here 10 months ago
if it is the former it was stamped at KCI which leaves the next question i never left thailand to obtain this stamp and the question is how did i arrive here ?? then they ask for my arrival card number which i dont have ???
thanks for any useful advice offered :)

When you first arrived here
-
Ok thankyou Toffo I assume as i did a border hop to cambodia technically this is the date i work from rather than my first arrival ?
-
BTW, if you are going to KCI they will input the form data into the computer and print you a new one. The one you fill out is just to help them.
I messed up my phone # (left out a digit) on my form and they caught that.

If you did a border hop to Cambodia then that is the date. The date required is "the last time you entered Thailand", not the first.
You should have an arrival card. If you don't then there will be problems.
I lost my arrival card once and had to go to the Police for a report. I then had to apply for a new arrival card at Immigration.

i have a departure card in my passport from when i returned from cambodia and this is what i used when i applied for my 12 month extension to stay but not an arrival card ??

Then you are talking about the same thing.
The part of the form that you complete when you enter Thailand.
The whole form is an Arrival/Departure card. The piece you keep shows your arrival date. That is the date you must use on the 90 day report.

As of now you do not have to fell out the TM 47 forum. KCI has passport readers and are connected online. They read your pp and entery your TM 6 card data and bingo all your dirty details are there. They do a print out you put your phone number down and sign it. The bottom of the forum is stamped and signed by them and stapled into you pp.

No. All that is needed is you, your passport with the TM6 card attached and report slip. They need NO copies as it is now a eletronic passport reader connected nation wide.
