The land is about 30 x 20mtr's big and is situated near the centre of Ban Kruat.
The red line on the Google map is 500mtrs long.
The land is filled up to about 70cm above street level and is surrounded on 3 sides by a wall of 2mtrs high.
The asking price is 650.000Baht.

So. just so I understand correctly, this land of 600 m2 is tucked away over  500m from the main road.

The asking price of 650k represents 1.73m Baht per rai.

Have you added an extra zero in error ?
