as long as you pay its ongoing, its a fixed 10,000 baht per month ,payable 2
months at a time, its situated 20 meters from the Bangkok bank and been
running about 18 months. I am in a position to offer a good discount for

I wouldn't waste your time,as I did,most of the equipment had already been sold.What he was selling was basically the building.It would take a fair amount of investment to bring it up to anything like an 'acceptable' standard,the lease was only on a 1 year basis at 10,000 baht which I feel would have been increased had the place 'took off'.
