no way mate. If I could sell today I would but paperwork is not finished and it would not be good for someone to be nosing around village. Trust me. Thought I had picture on I pad but has disappeared. working on it but am quite busy with daily life here and only use computer shop every coupla days. If iI wanted to pull your shagging chain Id do way better than this. House is one floor about meter off ground, about 90 sq meter with four sleeping rooms two bath and two kitch or one and work shop. Absolutly no flooding problem, very quiet area. Ill take pictures tomorrow and post sunday. but leave for Cambodia on tues for 10 days. redman

Depends on how much you want but basic lot is 3/4 rai. Patience limited is not patience
