I don't think so because this farang is nice and easy guy. I post the picture of his house with his picture because I know somebody not happy to buy something from the agent.but this advert I show his phone number for customer to contact the owner directly.

Mate just a word of advice,it would be far better for you to just be straight up with people,and say you are selling on behalf of people,and you are getting a commission for it....it's SO easy to check all your past and present posts to work you out,so have integrity,and be honest,and I'm sure it will work in your favour,JasonB.

They could well own the houses. However, is pretty useless if they do unless it moves as they cannot own the land it sits on nono

The house is sold today.
Just want to answer that question on above about the farang can own his shouse.
They get the lawyer to make the contract after they buy this house. in the contract say that his Thai wife allow this farang to sale the house anytime he want.and his wife signed every document ,just take all the document to the land official and sell to new customer by farang.not too complicated
just call him if you need any advice
