Be warned - every roof in that block and the adjacent block is totally 100% f*****d.  The top floors of all the units are totally unhabitable - look at the adjacent unit to the one being offered it has a tin hat to stop the rain from flooding the building.  You can rent the shop for 4,000 a month and then you'll still regret it.  This place is the worst place in Nang Rong.  So if you know any one who might be intrested in losing some money please warn them.
